If anybody asks me a very helpful and friendly Chemistry Professor name – I should say the name Professor (Dr.) Rajdip Dey. One can easily converse with him and ask for useful feedback at any point in time and would always receive advice that is helpful to the end goal of our proposal.

He is an excellent Chemistry tutor who goes above and beyond to ensure that his students are well-equipped with the materials being taught in class.  Sir never hesitates to give additional resources and feedback to his students and treats us all equally. His enthusiasm has definitely rubbed off on his students and students become more attentive and active in class. I always want to be in touch with him to learn more under his guidance.

Sir is a very good trainer who allows me to enhance my thinking capability for this module. Professor (Dr.) Dey has always made it a point such that any areas which might be confusing or lacking in detail, whether in assignment or core concepts in class, reach out to his entire classes via online mode to explain them thoroughly. He would encourage his students to present by pointing out their strengths and speak in the kindest manner to those who were under pressure to start.

In a nutshell, he is a very dedicated and passionate professor who spends a lot of his precious time with us to clear all our doubts and queries. I really enjoyed his class and truly Sir increased my interest in Chemistry.

Well, I will like to take this opportunity to thank you for making the lesson so enjoyable and interesting that I looked forward to attending all your lessons.

Professor (Dr.) Rajdip Dey always has been a professor, a friend and most importantly a perfect guide, who has the ability to pull anyone out of their greatest fears. Chemistry was a subject which would bring tears to my eyes, anytime, anywhere, until I met Dr. Dey, who made it a point to remove my greatest fear.

I want to take this opportunity to highlight, his teaching skills, which is not only lucid but also displays his immense knowledge in this subject. I worked with him, for a leadership program in my college, where we were successful in training around 140 students as per AICTE guidelines for a month, which showed his immense potential in the fields of leadership. Apart from that, throughout the entire period he has been successful in instilling the ideas of team work, modesty and effective work culture.

As a person, he is modest and always keeps dissent on the table wherever it is necessary. His professionalism as a teacher is something which every student asks for. I was fortunate to have learned skills of gratitude, modesty, leadership and team work from him. Often in situations of crisis, I have seen him dealing with things calmly.

I hope that Professor Dey continues to flourish ad provides beneficial guidance to students like me and also the ones who are extremely interested in Chemistry. I hope he always remains the teacher who says, ″A good teacher is a lifelong learner″.

I will continue to read his blogs and seek his advice as I progress through my career. I will also tell my fellow students, juniors to do the same.

Prof. (Dr.) Rajdip Dey is the most student friendly, motivating and knowledgeable Chemistry professor that I have ever come across so far. His method of teaching is very systematic and simple and such that all his students, no matter what their learning pace may be, could easily grasp the matter and understand it completely. He never overburdens students with too much information and assignments in a single day so that they can take their time to actually learn and retain the matter properly. His lesson plans are such that, he is always able complete the syllabus on time and can also provide his students ample time for doubt clearance and revision. He also prepares revision questions for his students to practice and helps them solve the previous year’s questions so that students can feel confident and fully prepared for their exams. He is also very helpful, easily approachable and a very good mentor. Students can always look up to him for guidance and advice.

Sir left our institute in the beginning of 2019 but throughout my tenure under his guidance I have benefited a lot. I am indeed very grateful to have had teacher and mentor like him.

Prof. (Dr.) Rajdip Dey is by far the best teacher in the field of Chemistry I have ever come across. In my first year of college sir was my coordinator and right from the beginning we shared a healthy teacher-student relationship. He has a unique style of teaching and that is what makes him different from all other teachers. Through his teaching, he not only brings in challenges but also helps to convert them into strengths. The teaching methodology is simple and easy for students to understand the subject. The study materials provided by sir and the doubt clearing classes played a very important role in my career. Sir has a distinguished personality and he is one person who keeps on motivating his students to do well. Another quality that makes him an ideal teacher is due to his student friendly nature. Sir helped me a lot to improve my knowledge in Chemistry. He is not just a teacher, but also a mentor. I share many fond memories with him that are clearly etched in my mind. Sir not only helped me with my academics but also assisted me to overcome many crisis situation I faced in college.

Sir left our College in January 2019 but in this two years′ time, Sir made me a better student and a better human being and I wish to work under his guidance in my near future.
